In addition to the experiential training JLTW Members receive through various committee placements and community service programs, Junior League of The Woodlands offers a range of conferences, seminars, and special events throughout the year.

• DISTINGUISHED SPEAKERS’ SERIES: Held throughout the year, and feature Keynote Speakers, panelists, and subject-matter experts who speak to various topics.
• MENTORSHIP: Provides framework for peer-to-peer relationship building JLTW Members may participate in the program designed to understand League operations better or to help them reach professional, career-related goals
• SPECIAL EVENTS & WORKSHOPS: An opportunity for Members to build social connections while participating in classes and activities provided by local businesses.

We also partner with local nonprofit agencies to offer opportunities for Professional Development for our local community.
