We are Junior League of The Woodlands

Above all else, we aim to promote and perpetuate social change in the North Harris and Montgomery County communities that will benefit the most. By empowering women and providing valuable leadership training, we are giving local women the tools to get involved, put their talents to work, and positively impact the communities of Conroe, Cypress, FM 1960/Champions, Humble, Katy, Kingwood, Magnolia, Montgomery, Spring, Tomball, Willis.

Community To Diversity and Inclusion

Junior League welcomes all women who value our Mission.  We are committed to inclusive environments for individuals, organizations, and communities.

Strength in Numbers

As one of hundreds of Junior League chapters across the world, we are a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. (AJLI). Established in 1990, the nearly 600 Active, New, and Sustaining Members of Junior League of The Woodlands play an integral part in developing, improving, and supporting North Harris and Montgomery County communities.

Our Local Impact

Our primary focus on the well-being of women, children, and families requires immediate action, and our multi-faceted approach is making an impact. In fact, our members accrue more than 31,000 volunteer hours per year. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, those volunteer hours have a value to the community of more than $1 million dollars. This year, we will celebrate a total community investment of $4.0 million in over 30 years of service in our community.
