Every year, we show appreciation by inviting our community partners to the Annual Junior League of The Woodlands Community Partner Lunch, where we host a guest speaker and lunch. We know that growing and learning together will make us all more impactful as we work to make real and lasting changes in our community.  

Our 2023 special guest speaker was Dima Ghawi, leadership coach and author of Breaking Vases. Dima led her special inclusion-focused workshop, How to Future-Proof Your Company: Engaging Gen Y to Z.

This workshop provided insight into the values, motivators, and strengths of Millennials and Gen Z to help organizations build sustainable talent pipelines and promote communication and engagement across all generations represented.
