This signature event empowers, inspires, and celebrates the incredible work of teachers in North Harris and Montgomery County.

What is IMPACT 2026?
IMPACT 2026 is a FREE conference for educators and community members who want to support and celebrate the teaching profession. Attendees can also earn valuable CEU credits at no cost.

IMPACT Grant 2026
Are you an educator passionate about fostering out-of-the-box thinking and dedicated to closing the achievement gap in your classroom? The IMPACT Grant is designed just for you! This grant aims to recognize and support educators who go above and beyond to implement creative programs that address the unique needs of their students and contribute to narrowing the achievement gap.
Applications for 2026 open on January 9, 2026, and close on February 27, 2026.
